These Terms of Service apply to your use of loomsurrogacy.com and to website inquiries, email, telephone calls, text messages, consultation requests, invoices, and payment links provided by Loom Surrogacy LLC. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Informational and coordination services

Loom Surrogacy is a third-party surrogacy and fertility coordination agency. Website content and initial communications are general information only. Loom is not a medical provider or law firm and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, legal representation, or legal advice. Medical decisions must be reviewed with qualified clinics and physicians, and legal decisions must be reviewed with qualified attorneys.

Submitting a form, receiving information, or participating in an initial consultation does not create an agency-client, medical, or attorney-client relationship. Any paid service, program scope, price, refund term, guarantee, eligibility rule, or responsibility must be stated in a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

Website inquiries and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to misuse the website, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with website security, or attempt unauthorized access. Please do not submit complete medical records, government identification numbers, financial account details, or payment-card numbers through the initial consultation form.

Text message program

Program name: Loom Surrogacy Inquiry and Consultation Messages.

If you enter a mobile number and affirmatively check the text-message consent box, you authorize Loom Surrogacy to send calls and text messages related to your inquiry, consultation, appointments, follow-up, services, and relevant updates, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and follow-up needs.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help or email info@loomsurrogacy.com.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you are authorized to use.

After an opt-out request, Loom may send one final confirmation message. You can still communicate with Loom by email if you opt out of text messages.

Email and telephone communication

When you contact Loom or request information, you authorize Loom to respond using the email address or telephone number you provide. You may ask us to stop marketing emails at any time. Service-related messages concerning an active agreement, payment, appointment, or requested coordination may still be sent when permitted.

Payments and third-party providers

Payment links and invoices may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or another provider identified on the payment page. The amount, currency, due date, refund terms, installment schedule, and included services shown in a signed agreement or invoice control the applicable payment. A payment alone does not expand or change the scope of a written service agreement.

The website may link to clinics, attorneys, payment processors, scheduling services, or other external providers. Their services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

No outcome guarantee from website content

Fertility treatment, embryo development, pregnancy, birth, legal proceedings, immigration, citizenship, travel, matching, screening, and timing involve circumstances outside Loom’s control. Website descriptions do not promise a specific medical or legal outcome. If a specific Loom program includes a written guarantee, only the eligibility requirements, exclusions, continuation terms, and remedies in the signed program agreement define that guarantee.

Intellectual property

The Loom Surrogacy name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other site materials are owned by Loom Surrogacy or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal informational use, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit the website without written permission.

Changes and contact

Loom may update these terms by posting a revised version and date on this page. Questions about these terms, text messages, or website use may be sent to info@loomsurrogacy.com.
